By downloading, installing, or using Gigglinx, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

A. Information You Provide
Account Information: When you register, we may collect your name, email address, profile picture, and login credentials.
Support Inquiries: Information provided when contacting customer support or reporting feedback.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Playback & Usage Data: Watch history, resume playback timestamps, search queries, favorite items added to "My List", and offline download records.
Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system version (Android/iOS), IP address, network type, and crash log diagnostics.
Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens used to deliver updates about new comedy specials and movie releases.
C. Payment Information
Subscription and pass transactions (e.g., Stream Pass) are processed securely through certified payment gateways (Razorpay / Google Play Billing). Gigglinx does not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain high-definition streaming playback.
To remember your watch progress and auto-resume from where you left off.
To personalize comedy recommendations and trending content.
To deliver push notifications regarding new releases and recommendations (which you can disable at any time in App Settings).
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity or unauthorized access.
To comply with legal obligations and store developer policies.
We may share limited data with trusted third-party services strictly necessary for app operations:
Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging & Analytics): Used for push notification delivery and app reliability metrics.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Cloudflare): Used for secure video content hosting, edge caching, and API routing.
Payment Gateways: For processing subscription transactions securely.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any advertisers or third-party brokers.
With your permission, Gigglinx may send push notifications regarding new comedy premieres, series episodes, and personalized recommendations. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time directly in the app via Settings > Push Notifications or through your device's system settings.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the service.
How to Delete Your Account & Data:
In accordance with Apple and Google Play policies, you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:
In-App: Open the app > Navigate to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.
Via Email: Send an email with the subject "Delete My Account" to
support@gigglinx.com.
Upon receiving your request, your profile, watch history, and personal data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
Gigglinx is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately take steps to remove such information from our servers.
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and cryptographic safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
